Duplex~

12:01 AM
Our house went from a single family dwelling to a duplex almost overnight. So if you're interested in buying a home with the possibility of rental income....boy do I have a deal for you.

A sweet little rental unit is now attached to our home, and it comes complete with tennants!! But I'm afraid they might pay their rent in worms...

Have a great Monday~

So sweet! They must have known that you would help them redecorate and make that nest FAB!

Very sweet! We had a duplex this spring...some robins moved in and we couldn't use our front door for about month or so (they made a nest in a basket I had hanging on my front door).

So long as they don't leave their home the way my neighbors next door did (I have pictures today!), I think you'll be okay. :) Do you know what kind of birds they are? They must have known you're the Shabby Nest lady! ;)

We had a robin that would come back every year and make a nest. Our boys were thrilled to look for her every year.

I have a plate makeover I think you'll like on my blog
